Ordering

When do orders open?

Orders open every Sunday at 12:00 PM (noon).

When do orders close?

Orders close every Tuesday at 7:00 PM, or earlier if an item sells out.

Why can't I order after Tuesday?

Because every item is made fresh to order, we begin mixing, fermenting, and baking immediately after orders close. Closing preorders allows us to prepare every order with the care and quality it deserves.

Do you offer the same items every week?

Many of our signature favorites, including our sourdough sandwich loaf, banana bread, and focaccia, will be available most weeks. We'll also feature seasonal specialties and limited bakes throughout the year.

How will I know when a new menu is available?

The best way to stay informed is to sign up for our text or email updates. We'll let you know when each week's menu is live and remind you before preorders close.

Pickup

Where do I pick up my order?

Orders are picked up in Post Falls, Idaho. You'll receive the pickup address and complete pickup instructions after placing your order.

When is pickup?

Pickup is available:

• Friday: 5:00–7:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Please arrive during your selected pickup window whenever possible.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Absolutely! Just let them know the name the order was placed under.

Products

Are all of your breads sourdough?

No. We offer both naturally leavened sourdough breads and traditional yeasted breads. Each product description will clearly identify which type you're ordering.

Do you offer custom orders?

We're focusing on our weekly preorder menu at this time. From time to time we may offer limited custom cakes or special orders, but availability will vary.

Do you accommodate food allergies?

Our products are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens—including wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy—are present. We cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free.

Orders & Payments

When do I pay?

Payment is due when you place your order to reserve your items.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because everything is baked to order in small batches, orders cannot be changed or canceled after ordering closes on Tuesday at 7:00 PM. If you need assistance before then, please contact us as soon as possible.

What happens if I miss pickup?

If you're unable to pick up your order, please let us know as soon as possible. You're welcome to have a friend or family member pick it up for you. Orders not picked up during the scheduled pickup window may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

Where are your products made?

Our baked goods are prepared in our home kitchen in accordance with Idaho Cottage Food law.

Do you have a storefront?

Not yet! Table 41 Bakehouse is currently a preorder-only cottage bakery serving the Post Falls community through scheduled weekly pickups.
